About the role

  1. You will be responsible for generating new revenue for Zoomd: Building pipeline, scheduling calls and closing deals
  2. Present, promote and sell Zoomd’s products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  3. Identify, initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects
  4. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  5. Ensuring we provide our partners with the most value and best service possible
  6. Working closely with the company’s leadership and product teams


What you need to bring to the table

  • 2+ years of experience as Sales Manager in the Adtech industry – a must
  • Experience in working with mobile apps and overall mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Experience in working with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava etc…) – an advantage
  • Ability to manage large amounts of various tasks in parallel
  • Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem
  • Independent, proactive and out of the box thinker
  • English fluency both verbal and written. Other languages are a plus

The Optimization Manager is responsible for Campaign success through careful coordination between Advertiser and Publisher interests, with a primary focus on Advertiser interests. Primary focus is full delivery of budgets at quality targets. This position entails analytical skills and clear and concise written communication with team members.

Main Objectives:

  • Coordinate between Advertiser and Publisher needs to maximize opportunities
  • Analyze data and execute optimizations in order to scale revenues and reach campaign objectives
  • Understand and manage client products/services and ensure that their offers remain competitive within the market
  • Promote assigned campaigns; implement constant improvements and creative solutions to increase activity


  • 1 Year Proven Experience minimum – with contacts from previous experience
  • Experience with and control of mobile and web analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong budgeting/planning skills & creative thinking
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing and conflicting demands
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English – Fluency at a Native Level
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel (MS office)
