Zoomd enters into new publisher agreement with El Universal

Zoomd continues on the growth path by adding Mexico-based leading magazine, El Universal, to the company’s portfolio of publishers

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 14, 2022Zoomd Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: ZOMD, OTC: ZMDTF) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zoomd Ltd. (collectively, “Zoomd” or the “Company“), the marketing tech (MarTech) user-acquisition and engagement platform, is pleased to announce it has signed a new publisher agreement with Mexico-based El Universal magazine on July 6, 2022. Pursuant to the arrangement, Zoomd’s on-site search engine is expected to be embedded within the noted publishers’ websites.

El Universal is one of the most visited Spanish-language news websites in the world [1], ranking in the top 1,000 worldwide in terms of traffic, with over 44 million visitors and over 120 million page views per month [2].

The onboarding process included both mobile and desktop integrations. Zoomd’s award-winning technology, coupled with its advanced ML algorithm and NLP, leads publishers to scale their businesses, monetize their content, and get quality search-based results.

Zoomd Signs agreement with Snapchat and receives Snapchat marketing partner certification

(collectively, “Zoomd” or the “Company”), the marketing tech (MarTech) user-acquisition and engagement platform, today reported it has signed a formal marketing partner agreement with Snapchat on November 3, 2021 for becoming Snapchat certified marketing partner.

 

Since its launch in 2011, Snapchat became known for its “mobile-first” social experience. Snapchat places significant emphasis on users interacting with virtual stickers and augmented reality objects. As of July 2021, according to Snapchat’s reports, Snapchat had 293 million daily active users worldwide, a 23% growth over a year.

Zoomd Provides Additional Information Regarding its Investor Relations Activities

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 10, 2021 – Zoomd Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: ZOMD, OTC: ZMDTF) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zoomd Ltd. (collectively, “Zoomd” or the “Company“), the marketing tech (MarTech) user-acquisition and engagement platform, is providing additional information on its Investor Relations activities.

Further to the Company’s press release issued February 8, 2021, the Company is providing additional information on the Company’s arrangement with A-LABS. Under the agreement between A-LABS and the Company (the “A-LABS Agreement“), the Company has agreed to pay A-LABS a fee of $35,000 plus applicable taxes, per month. A-LABS will not receive any common shares or options as compensation. A-LABS currently owns securities of Zoomd; in the future, A-LABS and its clients may acquire additional securities of the Company.

 

The Agreement with A-LABS has a term of 4 months unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. Either party is being able to terminate the agreement upon a ten days’ notice to the other party.
