Gerente de Contas Sênior

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned advertiser accounts, by building a personal relationship on-top of the professional relationship.
The AM must be fluent and experienced in all of Zoomd’s services, as well as every last detail of the advertiser’s business.
Pairing those advertising goals with our mobile marketing solutions and working in close coordination in order to achieve targeted objectives resulting in more growth.

The working environment is in English

Objectives:

  • Maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives, targets & goals
  • Close communication and personal relationship with a portfolio of clients
  • Analyze and optimize performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet Advertisers mobile marketing objectives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Mobile or online marketing experience – 3 years – A must
  • Proficiency in Facebook & Google, Programmatic, Native, & SDK User Acquisition Channels
  • Analytical, negotiation skills and sales oriented -A Must
  • Pro-active, charismatic, professional, multi-tasking, motivated, organized and responsible person Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment Attention to detail
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages are an advantage

Customer Success Manager

What are we looking for

As a Customer Success Manager at Zoomd, you will own your accounts through managing relationships with global advertisers and decision makers, managing renewals and growth objectives, while being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and R&D. This is a high-impact, hands-on, strategic role that will help strengthen Zoomd as a leader in the MarTech ecosystem.

 

In this role you will

  • Manage the post-sales relationship and onboarding process of two products: DSP (Demand Side Platform) and SaaS (Software as a service)
  • Become a DSP & SaaS expert – know all the ins and outs of the product and its unique behavior from an advertiser point of view
  • Assist in the technical aspects of the advertiser integration
  • Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate constant value of our products
  • Collaborating with the product team on product’s improvements
  • Ensure our customers receive the utmost value of Zoomd technological product.
  • Actively grow the existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.
  • Provide clients with reporting and delivery analysis

 

What you need to bring to the table

  • 2+ years of experience as CSM/AM or equivalent customer facing roles in ad tech – a must
  • RTB/Programmatic experience – a must
  • Experience in working with mobile apps and overall mobile advertising ecosystem – an advantage
  • Experience in working with social channels: Facebook, TikTok, Google, Twitter, ASA – an advantage
  • Experience in working with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava etc…) – an advantage
  • Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem (formats, targeting options, attribution, key metrics, etc.)
  • Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Independent, proactive and out of the box thinker
  • English fluency both verbal and written. Other languages are a plus

Job description:

Responsible for QA processes, testing and release to production of Zoomd’s main SaaS product. Build the test plan for the product. Lead the test execution and preparation for release. Design and develop CI/CD pipelines. Work with the R&D and Product to deliver good quality product. Write test automation for APIs, UI and stress-testing, as an integrated member of an agile R&D team, building a robust application. Working on a cloud-based infrastructure; Reporting to R&D team lead

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer. 2+ years in QA automation.
  • Experience with products that are released to external customers (B2B/B2B2C).
  • Experience with SaaS products and in general with service-based products.
  • Experience using Cucumber, Selenium/Protractor, Postman, SoapUI and similar tools is a must.
  • Scripting and coding abilities
  • SQL proficiency
  • Relevant university degree, or equivalent.

Advantage:

  • Experience with R&D agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban.
  • Experience with products related to social platforms. Specifically, with Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, AppleSearch, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
  • Experience with optimization platforms or as an AdOps person running user acquisition campaigns.
  • Good understanding of how user acquisition is done. Specifically, in mobile app promotion.

Optimization Manager

The Optimization Manager is responsible for Campaign success through careful coordination between Advertiser and Publisher interests, with a primary focus on Advertiser interests. The primary focus is the full delivery of budgets at quality targets.
