Zoomd is a public company traded at the Toronto Stock Exchange. We are a global leader in the digital advertising market, specializing in mobile app user acquisition and providing a search-engine to some of the biggest global brands.
We are looking for a talented experienced customer success manager to manage our clients for our SaaS product.
As the CSM, you will be:
- Managing all the SaaS demos to potential clients
- Managing relationships with top-grossing app developers and agencies from all over the world that have partnered or not with Zoomd to acquire and re-engage with end-users using Zoomd’s proprietary machine-learning driven platform
- Ensuring we provide our partners with the most value and best service possible as well as provide them with marketing insights that can be used across other channels
- Working closely with the company’s leadership and product teams and work hands-on in order to be able to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
Desired experiences and skills:
- Experience as a CSM – a must
- English Native is mandatory
- Experience in the online social media space and/or online programmatic world
- Strong analytical skills
- A high level of technical orientation and hands-on mentality
- Ability to manage large amounts of various tasks in parallel
- Start-up state of mind, willingness to learn and to take on additional responsibilities, face difficult and challenging tasks with a positive, can-do attitude
