What are we looking for

As a Customer Success Manager at Zoomd, you will own your accounts through managing relationships with global advertisers and decision makers, managing renewals and growth objectives, while being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and R&D. This is a high-impact, hands-on, strategic role that will help strengthen Zoomd as a leader in the MarTech ecosystem.

 

In this role you will

  • Manage the post-sales relationship and onboarding process of two products: DSP (Demand Side Platform) and SaaS (Software as a service)
  • Become a DSP & SaaS expert – know all the ins and outs of the product and its unique behavior from an advertiser point of view
  • Assist in the technical aspects of the advertiser integration
  • Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate the constant value of our products
  • Collaborating with the product team on product’s improvements
  • Ensure our customers receive the utmost value of Zoomd technological product.
  • Actively grow the existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.
  • Provide clients with reporting and delivery analysis

 

What you need to bring to the table

  • 2+ years of experience as CSM/AM or equivalent customer facing roles in ad tech – a must
  • RTB/Programmatic experience – a must
  • Experience in working with mobile apps and the overall mobile advertising ecosystem – an advantage
  • Experience in working with social channels: Facebook, TikTok, Google, Twitter, ASA – an advantage
  • Experience in working with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava etc…) – an advantage
  • Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem (formats, targeting options, attribution, key metrics, etc.)
  • Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Independent, proactive and out of the box thinker
  • English fluency both verbal and written. Other languages are a plus

Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned advertiser accounts, by building a personal relationship on-top of the professional relationship.
The AM must be fluent and experienced in all of Zoomd’s services, as well as every last detail of the advertiser’s business.
Pairing those advertising goals with our mobile marketing solutions and working in close coordination in order to achieve targeted objectives resulting in more growth.

SENIOR PPC MANAGER

We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager to join our team. If you’re a PPC expert, come join our growing Social team and lead the media buying across Facebook, Tiktok, Snap, Apple, Twitter and Google!

You will be responsible for managing PPC campaigns on Social and AdWords for Global Brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize & maximize ROI on large scale social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat).
  • Manage UAC, search, display & video campaigns on Google ads
  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns performance
  • Work closely with designers to build innovative creatives
  • Run A/B tests on a wide variety of variables

Qualifications:

  • +2 years of experience managing & scaling significant monthly budgets (+$100,000) on Facebook ads & Google ads.
  • Strong analytical & Excel skills.
  • Experience with mobile app campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
  • Good client communication
  • Proven experience in managing global campaigns – A Must
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills. Other languages- Advantage
  • Strong content writing skills – Advantage
  • Experience with Snapchat ads/Twitter Ads/Apple search ads – Advantage.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party mobile attribution platforms (MMP) such as Appsflyer , Adjust

Optimization Manager

The Optimization Manager is responsible for Campaign success through careful coordination between Advertiser and Publisher interests, with a primary focus on Advertiser interests. The primary focus is the full delivery of budgets at quality targets. This position entails analytical skills and clear and concise written communication with team members. 1 year minimum of Mobile Advertising Experience.

Main Objectives:

  • Coordinate between Advertiser and Publisher needs to maximize opportunities
  • Analyze data and execute optimizations in order to scale revenues and reach campaign objectives
  • Understand and manage client products/services and ensure that their offers remain competitive within the market
  • Promote assigned campaigns; implement constant improvements and creative solutions to increase activity

Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with different UA channels – SDK networks, Google, programmatic media buying-big advantage
