Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor and lead a team of highly motivated members
- Create a great team atmosphere
- Be responsible for growing and developing the team, as well as hiring new employees
- Build strategies and set goals for the team
- Communicate with SSP’s & DSP’s, publishers, clients and ad monetization platforms
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, finance, R&D and legal department
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in leading monetization teams
- 2+ years of experience with various ad monetization platforms, SSP’s and DSP’s
- Familiarity with VAST & RTB integrations
- Great attitude towards work and people.
- Detail oriented, well-organized and committed to achieving goals
- Experience working with direct publishers – an advantage
