Optimization Manager

Zoomd is looking for a motivated Optimization Manager who can utilize her/his existing ad operations and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the setup of new campaigns across our ad serving platforms, as well as monitoring performance, troubleshooting, analyzing results and daily optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Be part of the programmatic operations team at Zoomd
Closely monitor results to achieve monthly and annual targets
Analyze performance to optimize and scale existing campaigns
Grow and optimize strategic accounts/campaigns

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as CSM/AM or equivalent customer-facing roles in ad tech – a must
RTB or V2V experience
Full proficiency with Excel
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to ingest & understand data to translate it to insights & actions.
Well organized, responsible and multitasker
Independent, self-motivated, and fast learner
Fluent English

Advantages

Previous experience, working with SSP’s and DSP’s, as well as ad monetization platform such as Cedato, Adtelligent and Project LimeLight.

You will be responsible for generating new revenue for Zoomd: Building pipeline, scheduling calls and closing deals
Present, promote and sell Zoomd’s products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Identify, initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Ensuring we provide our partners with the most value and best service possible
Working closely with the company’s leadership and product teams

What you need to bring to the table

2+ years of experience as Sales Manager in the Adtech industry – a must
Experience in working with mobile apps and overall mobile advertising ecosystem
Experience in working with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava etc…) – an advantage
Ability to manage large amounts of various tasks in parallel
Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem
Independent, proactive and out of the box thinker
English fluency both verbal and written. Other languages are a plus

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in leading monetization teams
2+ years of experience with various ad monetization platforms, SSP’s and DSP’s
Familiarity with VAST & RTB integrations
Great attitude towards work and people.
Detail oriented, well-organized and committed to achieving goals
Experience working with direct publishers – an advantage
