Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience, achieving set goals, and enhancing our brand’s visibility. You will collaborate with clients to meet their needs and leverage strong communication and negotiation abilities to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key accounts to deliver tailored product solutions, drive new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering and maintaining positive, long-term relationships.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating effectively with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of demonstrated success in client management
- Proficiency in sales performance metrics
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
